Looks like CBN famously known for back stabbing his Father in law is the reason for delay in eb2 and eb3 delay for India.Back in 1995 when he politely grabbed the chief minister thrown from his father in law he brought an IT revolution in the state of so called Andhra pradesh by constructing enormous number of engineering colleges.Graduates from these colleges took US path inspired by CBN's friendship with Bill gates and Bill clinton and inturn  settled down here in USA.It is said that these people who often consider CBN to be their God pray twice a day to CBN flocked USA and their countless growth has caused eb2 and eb3 delay.
