I think this will not resolve ..even if TS agree to release water now ..
Cos TS ,after releasing AP share of water or even more now..inf future AP will require more water.. as all these years it was united AP and water was released with concerning about the ratio/share of water distribution as the whole AP was treated as one unit..!
