Perm apply chesi 365 days datindhi, so, last month 7th year H1 extension apply chesadu.

last week , perm deny ayyindi. attorney perm appeal chesathanu annadu - to keep PERM active until H1 extension is approved.

approve ayithe August 2016 varaku vasthundhi

 

so, H1 extension approve ayyaka, can I transfer to different company and get validity till august 2016.

 

Please evarikanna telisthe cheppandi....

Take another Immigration attorney appointment. Like a Counselling session or second opinion on what needs to be done.

As per my knowledge in order to get H1 extension after 6 years at least you should get your labor approved. You will get 1 year extension based on labor

If 140 is approved you will get 3 years extension. But nee case lo Perm denied antunnav!!
