JANASENA Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 http://youtu.be/U53MzzkWImw In an unpleasant display of insensitivity , Air India staff refused entry to passengers with valid tickets because they had reached 55 minutes before the flight departure instead of 60 minutes as per these staff members. As per these passengers, Air India's SMS sent to the cell numbers of the passengers informed them to arrive only 45 minutes before departure. Despite repeated appeals and arguments from the passengers, the officials kept citing the rules and refused to budge. In this video shot by one of the passengers, Shivendra Namdeo, another female passenger can even be seen crying and begging to be allowed entry. It is being reported that one of the passenger's mother was in ICU fighting for her life. Air India is known for addressing customer grievances promptly.
