Progress on H-4 EAD Rule

While there is still no word on when the final H-4 EAD regulation will be published, there are signs that the rule is moving forward. As explained in Progress on H-4 EAD Rule, just posted on MurthyDotCom, draft versions of the revised application for employment authorization (form I-765) have been released. The corresponding draft changes to the I-765 instructions have been issued, as well, providing a bit of clarify regarding which H-4 spouses will be eligible to apply for EADs once the rule is implemented.
 
The Murthy Law Firm will send more information as soon as it is made available.

(17.Feb.2015) The draft I-765 has been approved. The new form cannot be used, however, until the H-4 EAD rules go into effect. As soon as we get any word regarding when the H-4 EAD rules will be implemented, we will post the information on MurthyDotCom and send eMail notification to those who subscribe to our free H-4 EAD notification service.
