Even intern recruitments appude they go to specific schools and HR vallu munde they let you know when they set you up for interviewing candidates. Even company lo recrutiment fairs unnayi to attract Stanford, CMU, Berkeley students (free food, transportation n all). Sad situation, but can't help it
