How To Improve International Cricket.

Its already agreed that International cricket sucks donkey balls here.. (despite mallu's strong objections) :)

The problem is very few nations play it. and the players emerging from these nations are restricted to play for other countries (seems ICC has a 4 year rule on players switching national teams).

 

How would it be, if players are free to choose any country they want to represent.

 

Will it improve the standards of cricket or concentrate the best players even more among a few teams at the top?

IPL has probably the right model. Should International cricket go the IPL way :)
