pushups chayyochu ,best option...!!

 

food chala main..veggies + fibre unna food thinu..salads will help...!!oka 2 months ala follow ipo..next migatha vaadi meedha concreate chayyochu...!!

already paina cheppinavi oka 3 months nundi cheysi ippudu koddiga body fit ainatlu undi andukey weights meeda concentrate cheyddam ani mimmalni adugutunna, koddiga hands triceps shape ga cheyddam ani.. back ni V shape ga maruddam ani

already paina cheppinavi oka 3 months nundi cheysi ippudu koddiga body fit ainatlu undi andukey weights meeda concentrate cheyddam ani mimmalni adugutunna, koddiga hands triceps shape ga cheyddam ani.. back ni V shape ga maruddam ani 

back v shape kavali antae...pullups chayyali..lats widen chayyadaniki...adi nee upper body strength meedha depend ayyi untadi..!!

 

better do pushups vuncle...!!will work on biceps..triceps..chest..abs all at once...once u feel some strength in ur arms..start doing pullups..equiped gyms lo assisted pullpu machine untadi..initial ga adi chaesina parledhu untill u gain some upper body strength.!

back v shape kavali antae...pullups chayyali..lats widen chayyadaniki...adi nee upper body strength meedha depend ayyi untadi..!!
