1. Proficient User of Axure to convert wireframes and designs into prototypes for User Experience Testing

2. Experience working with research and UI Design teams to design and conduct surveys and content for Usability Testing.

3. Experience road mapping and delivering UX content in a large applications environment involving multiple delivery, phased rollouts and cycles.

 

Job Description:

 

- Proficient/expert with Axure
- Experience following a User Centered Design process. We are interested in how their experience with UCD follows our approach. It doesn’t mean the same to everyone.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Not a Designer. What I mean by this is that lots of people throw around the term UX but are really doing design. UX is about creating experiences, processes, and meeting needs while Design is more about layout and interaction. Both important but we need people who can walk in and grasp the information and value of the UX research and conception that we’ve done and not jump straight to design without first understanding the UX goals.
