ERP: Enerprise Resource Planing, its a business.

 

CRM: Customer Relationship Management, Its one of the business process like manufacturing, finannce and sales.

yes....its an extension of sales and distrubution(SAP SD)...generally small companies use SAP SD (Integrated with R/3-ECC)....bigger companies go with SAP CRM.
