If u r experiencing running nose along with cough, dont swallow those nasal secretions, it's calleed post nasal drip which causes cough. Avoid inhaling irritants like smoke, dust Use humidifier at night. YouTube has some good Ayurvedic remedies, try those for getting some relief and get well soon.
