Some farmers from Tadepalli and Mangalagiri have filed a petition on CRDA( AP Capital Region Development Authority) that they are trying to forcefully takeaway land for upcoming capital and asked to Court to exempt from Land Pooling. The High Court has asked for an explanation from Advocate General of AP Government in regards to this issue by Monday. These farmers have previously approached HRC on the same issue.

technically no, that is the beauty of the indian insitution, supreme court has the supreme power of all.

 

but on a individual basis we have seen judges being influenced but it is diffucult in cases like as it involves great number of parties and they usually resolve based on the decision of a panel or something like that
