F1 - H4 Meeda Oka Doubt

Here is the situation:

 

1. She tried for F1 visa stamping last year and it got rejected so came to US on H4

2. Re-applied for F1 but discontinued studies due to personal reasons and shifted back to H4

3. After 1 year got a notice from immigration that F1 petition has been approved (NOT A VISA)

 

Question - Should she act on it or just ignore as she has a valid H4 now?

LTT....last year school lo vunnapudu apply chesindi and then discontinued. now she got approval.

 

What should we do?

Latest I-94 based on re-entry (2/10/15) chuste says H4 status 

I-797A notice lo it has a different I-94 number which says F1 status starting from 2/10/15

 

I am changing employer (currently under LCA determination) and have informed attorney about this. I expect the filing to happen next week

 

Will they have to do a F1-H4 or H4-H4 transfer? Please help.
