GOVIN Capital from Singapore to incubate 100 startups in Vizag!

Giving a shot in the arm for start-ups in AP, Singapore-based GOVIN Capital will incubate 100 startup companies at the Sunrise Startup TRIP incubation tower in Visakhapatnam. The Company is slated to nurture 1,000 students as first generation entrepreneurs over the next five years.

CBN’s Government entered into a MoU with GOVIN Capital for this purpose. CBN aims to establish 100 incubators/accelerators and incubate 5,000 companies/startups.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో స్టార్టప్ కంపెనీలను, సృజనాత్మక సంస్కృతిని ప్రోత్సహించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం విశాఖపట్నం, మధురవాడలో 50,000 చదరపు అడుగుల విస్తీర్ణంలో సన్ రైజ్ స్టార్టప్ ట్రిప్ ను నిర్మించింది. ట్రిప్ అంటే Technology, Research & Incubation Park (TRIP). ఇందులో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా 100 స్టార్టప్ కంపెనీలను నెలకొల్పి టెక్నాలజీ స్టార్టప్ లను ప్రోత్సహించాలనుకుంది.
ఇందులో సహకారం అందించడం కోసం సింగపూరుకు చెందిన గోవిన్ కాపిటల్ సంస్థ ముందుకొచ్చింది. ఈ మేరకు సంస్థకు, ప్రభుత్వానికీ మధ్య అవగాహనా ఒప్పందం జరిగింది.

Six irrigation projects to be completed on a war footing!

To alleviate water problems of farmers, CBN’s Government is all set to undertake six crucial irrigation projects on a war footing and complete it in record time. In what can be termed as an example of CBN’s forward thinking, the Pattiseema project is being undertaken immediately to divert 70 TMC flood water from Godavari through Polavaram right canal to Prakasam Barrage. On completion of Thotapalli Barrage, 1.2 lakh acres of new ayacut will be created in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts. It will also be possible to use 7.404 TMC of water from Vamsadhara right canal.

1.98 Lakh acres in Kurnool & Anantapur districts will be irrigated through the Handri-Neeva project, 2.6 Lakh acres in Kadapa district will be irrigated through the Galeru-Nagari Sujala Sravanthi project, 4.473 Lakh acres in Prakasam, Nellore & Kadapa districts will be irrigated through the Veligonda project. Lakhs of people in several mandals will have access to clean drinking water.

తోటపల్లి బ్యారేజీ పనులు పూర్తయితే శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం జిల్లాల్లోని 1. 2 లక్షల ఎకరాల కొత్త ఆయకట్టుకు నీరందుతుంది. వంశధార కుడిగట్టు కాలువతో 7. 404 టిఎంసిల నీటిని వాడుకునే వీలు కలుగుతుంది.

హంద్రీ - నీవాతో కర్నూలు, అనంతపురం జిల్లాల్లో 1,98,000 ఎకరాలకు, గాలేరు - నగరి సుజల స్రవంతితో కడపజిల్లాలో 2. 6 లక్షల ఎకరాలకు, వెలిగొండ ప్రాజెక్టుతో ప్రకాశం, నెల్లూరు, కడప జిల్లాల్లోని 4.473 లక్షల ఎకరాలకు సాగునీరు అందడంతో పాటు, కొన్ని మండలాలలోని లక్షలాది ప్రజల దాహార్తి తీరుతుంది.

To salvage the drying crops in Pulivendula, CBN directed the irrigation department to allocate 1.5 TMC of water from Chitravathi balancing reservoir. The decision brought immense joy to farmers from Pulivendula who came over to Hyderabad to personally thank him. CBN promised the farmers that based on the severity, another 0.5 TMC of water will be to Pulivendula to protect the interests of farmers.

This is what is called welfare over politics.

With focus on 7 Missions and election promises, CBN’s Government begins preparation for this year’s budget.

CBN’s Government had presented a temporary budget last year because a few months had already passed since the financial year 2014-15 began. The New Andhra Pradesh’s first full-fledged budget is being conceived with focus on achieving 7 Missions and promises made during the elections.

On top of the agenda are: ‘Janta’ clothes for half the price, launch of NTR Canteens at 35 locations in Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Anantapur & Chittoor districts, setting up of e-POS (point of sale) machines at fair price shops, regional airports at Kuppam, Orvakallu, Nellore, Donakonda, setting up of Mega Food Parks in Visakhapatnam, Kurnool & Krishna Districts and others.

సగం ధరకే చేనేత వస్త్రాలు అందించడం, విశాఖపట్నం, గుంటూరు, అనంతపురం, చిత్తూరు జిల్లాలలో 35 చోట్ల ఎన్టీఆర్ క్యాంటీన్ లు ఏర్పాటుచెయ్యడం, పారిశ్రామిక రంగంలో వృద్ధిరేటును పెంచడం, మూతపడిన చక్కెర కర్మాగారాలను పునరుద్ధరించడానికి ప్రభుత్వ పూచీకత్తుతో రుణాలు ఇప్పించడం వంటి ఎన్నో ప్రణాళికలకు బడ్జెట్ ప్రతిపాదనలు వివిధ శాఖలలో తయారవుతున్నాయి.

AP Government to appoint consultant for Signature IT Tower in Vizag.

CBN is keen on taking up work on Signature Tower on a fast-track mode. For this purpose, CBN’s Government is seeking proposals for appointment of a consultant of global repute to design and evolve funding pattern for Signature Tower at Rushikonda IT SEZ.

Highlights of Signature Tower:

· Iconic super-structure conceived on the lines of Cyber Towers of Hyderabad
· Built-up area of more than one million square ft.
Coming up in 21.16 acres on Hill No. 3 of Rushikonda with sea view
