timmy Posted February 24, 2015 Report Posted February 24, 2015 న్యూఢిల్లీ : ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రానికి ఆర్థిక లోటును భర్తీ చేసుకోడానికి రానున్న ఐదేళ్లలో మొత్తం రూ. 22,113 కోట్లను కేటాయించనున్నట్లు కేంద్ర ఆర్థికమంత్రి అరుణ్ జైట్లీ తెలిపారు. మొత్తం 11 రాష్ట్రాలు రెవెన్యూ లోటులో ఉన్నాయని ఆయన చెప్పారు. 14వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం సిఫార్సులపై చర్చించామని, దాని నివేదికను పార్లమెంటులోప్రవేశపెట్టామని వివరించారు.రెవెన్యూ లోటు ఉన్న గ్రామాలకు అదనపు నిధులు కేటాయిస్తామని కూడా చెప్పారు. 14వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం సిఫార్సులు ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి అమలవుతాయని వివరించారు. మొత్తం రూ. 1.91 లక్షల కోట్ల రెవెన్యూ లోటు ఉందని అన్నారు.
timmy Posted February 24, 2015 Author Report Posted February 24, 2015 As Finance Minister Arun Jaitley tabled the 14th Finance Commission Report in Parliament today, there is some respite for the residue Andhra Pradesh which is due of its Special Status. However, Finance Commission has recommended to the Government of India to allot Rs 22,113 crores to Andhra Pradesh state that formed with financial deficit.Andhra Pradesh government will be allotted 22,113 crores to adjust the revenue deficit from 2015 to 2020. For the current financial year, Centre will release Rs 6,609 crores for AP, 4930 Cr for 2016-17, 2230 cr for 2017-18, 3644 Cr for 2018-19, 2499 crores for 2019-20. On a whole residue Andhra Pradesh received grants to a tune of Rs 1,41,465 crores, while newly formed Telangana received Rs 20,167 crores as grants. Along with the financial help and grants, Finance Commission suggested sharing of various taxes to the state. As per FC's new suggestion, share of states in central taxes will be raised to 42 percent from current 32 percent.
timmy Posted February 24, 2015 Author Report Posted February 24, 2015 14వ ఆర్ధిక సంఘం సమర్పించిన నివేదికను పార్లమెంట్ ఆమోదించిందని కేంద్ర ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అరుణ్ జైట్లీ వెల్లడించారు. మంగళవారం ఈ అంశమై జైట్లీ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ర్టాలు ఆర్ధికంగా బలోపేతం కావాలన్నారు. పన్నుల్లో రాష్ర్టాలకు 42 వాటా ఇవ్వాలని, మరో 4-5 శాతం స్థానిక సంస్థల ద్వారా ఇవ్వాలని 14 ఆర్ధిక సంఘం సూచించిందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. దీని ప్రకారం గతంలో కన్నా 10 శాతం వాటా అధికంగా రాష్ర్టాలకు లభించనుందన్నారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 11 రాష్ర్టాల్లో 1,94,021 కోట్లు రెవెన్యూ లోటు ఉందని, ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి తెలిపారు.ఆర్ధిక లోటు ఉన్న ఏపీ లాంటి రాష్ర్టాలను ఆదుకోవచ్చని ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రతిపాదనలు చేసింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 29 రాష్ర్టాలకు కలిపి 11,89,037 కోట్ల గ్రాంటును ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రకటించింది. వీటిల్లో.. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు ఐదేళ్లకు రూ. 1,41,467 కోట్లు, తెలంగాణకు రూ. 20,951 కోట్ల గ్రాంటును, ప్రకటించింది. అంతేకాకుండా సాధారణ పన్నుల్లో ఏపీకి 4.305 శాతం, తెలంగాణకు 2.437 శాతం కేటాయింపులు, సర్వీస్ టాక్స్లో ఏపీకి రూ. 4.998 శాతం, తెలంగాణకు 2.4 శాతం కేటాయించాలని ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రతిపాదించింది.ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రకటించిన గ్రాంటు ప్రకారం.. ఏపీకి ఏటా రూ. 30 వేల కోట్ల చొప్పున ఐదేళ్లపాటు కేంద్ర సాయం అందుతుందని ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అరుణ్ జైట్లీ తెలిపారు. తెలంగాణలో మిగులు బడ్జెట్ ఉందని, ఏపీలో రెవెన్యూ లోటును దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని ఆర్ధిక సంఘం పైవిధంగా సిఫారసు చేసిందని ఆయన చెప్పారు. పునర్విభజన సందర్భంగా ఏపీకి లోటు బడ్జెట్ ఏర్పడిందని, ఏపీని కేటాయింపులు జరపాల్సిందిగా చట్టంలో కూడా ప్రతిపాదనలున్నాయన్నారు
