ఆర్ధిక లోటు ఉన్న ఏపీ లాంటి రాష్ర్టాలను ఆదుకోవచ్చని ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రతిపాదనలు చేసింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 29 రాష్ర్టాలకు కలిపి 11,89,037 కోట్ల గ్రాంటును ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రకటించింది. వీటిల్లో.. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు ఐదేళ్లకు రూ. 1,41,467 కోట్లు, తెలంగాణకు రూ. 20,951 కోట్ల గ్రాంటును, ప్రకటించింది. అంతేకాకుండా సాధారణ పన్నుల్లో ఏపీకి 4.305 శాతం, తెలంగాణకు 2.437 శాతం కేటాయింపులు, సర్వీస్‌ టాక్స్‌లో ఏపీకి రూ. 4.998 శాతం, తెలంగాణకు 2.4 శాతం కేటాయించాలని ఆర్ధిక సంఘం ప్రతిపాదించింది.
