" If u want to work you can still transfer your H4 to H1B, no one will stop u for that. I m not against the new rule of H4 it's the individual decision to work or not. Regarding working at one place this rule also applies anywhere not only in US. Ex: in India husband works in Gurgoan & wife works in Hyderabad. Coming to talking abt spending ur husbands money is making u guilty i feel the way u expressed is wrong, he might feel uncomfortable listening to this.
