I can't guarantee it, but I agree with TS as he pointed out it is equivalant gambling or stocks, the outcome will be better for richer people who can hold on for long, as a lot is riding on the speculatoin, for the plan to be a success nearly a million or two will have to move in to capital city, when you don't have economic setup how do you get there? comerically vizag is there already, already chitoor and nellore guys are more inclined to Chennai than Vijaywada or Hyd, similarliry anantapur folks are heavily invested in bangalore and karnool in Hyd. For this plan to be vaible you need atleast 20 years minimum and can't you see the poor farmers will be vanished in no time as they will sell off what they get at throw away prices and  they will be left pennyless becuase of their poor money management.

 

I am not against 30k acres but why adamant on the place when you are building the city from scratch anyways

 

yeah i think now we are on the same track , everybody is speculating at this point , I'm speculating that the long term benefits are going to be great to every1 and you are speculating that the farmers would still be farming even after their lands appreciate over multiple folds ...

 

But the govt has a plan man , they have the best people working on it and if you want to build a city thats on par with Hyderabad, bangalore or chennai they have to be a little aggressive in building the city , tell me what other option do you have apart from this ? ...

 

and please dont bring that throw away land prices in to the argument man , I've personally seen how the land prices around the proposed capital city are soaring right now , calling them throw away prices is a big joke ...... I can only imagine what the real estate situation over there is going to be like in the coming years , I don't think even an uneducated person would be that stupid to sell them away for throw away prices ...

1 lakh acres ah , indaka ne 30 k annaru appude 1 lakh aipoinda ah figure .... do u know that hyderabads area is over 2lakh acres ? , ippudu hyderabad ki antha land enduku asala antaava enti ..

 

the plan is to build a mega city man , oka railway station and oka bus station tho aipoyedi aithe intha gola enduku untadi asala ... also , i'm guessing that u've never been to vijaywada , if u've ever been there u wudnt be asking that question in the first place ..

 

intha explain chesaka kuda , malli explain antav ... it looks like u just need a reason to hate man ...
