As per Fourteenth Finance Commission Report  by 2019-20 Gujarat And Rajasthan Will have around  Rs.62K Crores Revenue Surplus !

NO,actually these figures are after including 42% Tax share from center to states

 

Also this AP will also get these funds in next 5 yrs  and 4.32% additional tax share over 42%

APNGOs said that they will be ready to work under the trees in New /Temp Capital ..now they are demanding all facilities before moving !

 

What I mean is 2015 is too little time ..but may be by 2017 AP may beat TG  and 2029 TOP 3 states in India and by 2050 Top in the world*
