APNGOs said that they will be ready to work under the trees in New /Temp Capital ..now they are demanding all facilities before moving !

 

What I mean is 2015 is too little time ..but may be by 2017 AP may beat TG  and 2029 TOP 3 states in India and by 2050 Top in the world*

scrap service tax first, and let states decide their own sales/service tax rates. within the VAT model, but without the slabs.

 

Also give states power to tax both personal and corporate income. and decrease the income tax at central level.

 

Gives states a huge fiscal advantage to plan their future.

 

The introduction of GST will change the way business is carried in India. It will affect revenue surplus states. So don't. India doesn't probably need GST.
