Thats what I mean to say, I am not trying to downgrade anyone. Just that we should and must have more advantages than H1. Hope you get it! If not please and Thank You!

But I don't think that will happen with H4 EAD. They will stick to the job for ever and mostly they can work directly for Vendors on W2 that will effect us a lot. And I assume atlest few H4 EAD people will have experience for sure.
