H1B Transfer Urgent Help Need

i transfered H1B to  two Different Company  B (Inhouse) And C( Contract Project)  Currently Working For Company C.  My H1B got Approved(With I94)With Company B .  Employer C also got RFE . asked him withdraw my H1B and he is not listening to me and he Submitted RFE ..

 

is this become an issue ..?

 

 please Suggest me Employer C got RFE related to most recent Paystubs (but i dont have it ) if he submit RFE i may not get i 94  .but already i got H1b with i 94 . employer c is not listening to me
