you have to leave country & come with new H-1 stamp around sep 15 or after

for profit H1 only active from Oct 1st .. , just think that you are moving from L1 to H1  instead of H1-H1..

IF you are fired, You have to wait till Oct1st for sure..

 

IF you are not fired, work for the old company till sep last, then start working for the new one on new H1
