Nuvvu okasari velli chuduanni ardam avutadi.. adhi not about indian body.. mana body ki set ayitadoo ledoo chusukovali.. Memmory foam using since 3 yrs np at all..very relaxed

Til now I m sleeping on floor on comforter, but now need to buy gud mattress which helps me fr next 1 year. Pl suggest..... even i am on same boat ..l5-s1 disk extruded .mri chusi doctor gadu shock ayadu .mri chuste dam need a operation ane laga undi but physical ga i am perfect so try to manage things anndu bed and mattresses waste try to sleep on flat surface as much as u can annaru (covered almost 5-6 doctors in jersy and connecticut area ) thing is dont go to any physio or chiropractor bcoz u cant find this in X ray .so if manam physio or chiropractor gadi dagaraki pothe valu ne body ni twist chesi set chedam antaru .this works at initial stage (like disc bulge but once sciatic start ayindi ante its not initial stage ) if you need any more info msg ur number

karan_410 Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 Babu neku Disc bulge leka herinate ayinda....so legs ke velley nerves ke touch ayithundi ..mild to moderate anukooo manage chesukoo...avoid long sittings at desk ...don't neglect it ...daily atleast 30 minutes walking cheyyu ..walking will help if there is any muscle tightness or spasms ...do light stretching and core strengthing exercises...find a good phyisotherapist ( Specialized in Mckenzie therapy ).. ne pain r...eduction theyali ante max 3 months paduthundi .. atleast 1 to 2 yrs active life style undali ( exercises and walking ) apudu difference kanipistundi anukunta if you are lucky....doesn't cure the problem ..atleast helps you to manage the pain...don't go for surgery untill necessary , avoid chiropractors ( not for disc issues ) ..gentle massage therapy chepinchukoo along with PT ..thai massage alantivi avoid cheyyu ..Swimming is a good option for this issue if you are interersted... neku time unte india ke poyyi avuryveda try cheyyu ..give it a try ....
