Padma Rao garu: What are your thoughts on Govt conducting "Telangana sports and games Festival" three months a year from November, to January (starting at village and mandal level and finishing at Hyderabad at state level), culminating with final competitions in Hyderabad and an awards ceremony for statewide winners? Should the ministry of "Sports, games and youth activities" in the cabinet of Telangana to encourage sports, games and youth activities of Telangana?
