Need Suggestion Of Come Back On H1B

One of my friend  is on H1b ( Visa Stamped) and his validity is until 2016 ( Six Years completion). He got laid off from a full time job last year. so he went back to India. Since his H1b is valid can he still enter USA again and look for another job ? Please advise..

Yes,if he finds another Employer and a Job

The employer should be willing to transfer his H1-B

 

BTW first ask him to check if his previous employer has not terminated the H1B and is still active

he can check his case status online on uscis.gov ...if h1 is still active he can try new employer n return.
