Center gives no funds but bullshit as long as there is no political benefit.. i am trying to explain the same .. but u r going to square one... if CBN cannot get funds from center.. Howzz Jagan is responsible... come with a logical explanation.. peace..

No matter what center is not gonna give funds unless it is expecting anything back.. U r still trying to project CBN as a great leader..which could be a fact in the past...now with meagre number of MPs he is any other normal leader to MODI as he is not in any need...
