I keep making the point and you keep missing it. that building useless infra like swanky airports, and metro is a bad idea compared to investing it in providing basic healthcare and education. I can't vouch for education in TN/Chennai. But I suggest you visit the govt hospitals there. They are excellent.

But the question is, is this the best AP (then united) could do? A state with so much natural resources, and entrepreneurial zeal. The size of Hyd is like 4 times of Chennai, right? and still it can't match Chennai's economic clout. and when Chennai is apparently stagnating.

Lets see if KCR can correct it. y should he or someone else should correct some random statement...the point is,Hyd is good enough to live for people from all walks of life and for people with different financial backgrounds......history is history....KCRs duty is to ensure no such suppression happens to ppl from his state during his tenure as CM Period

There's always give and take. TN has titled the other way from AP on this, and it has served them wonderfully well. anthe nenu antundi.

US taxed its industrialists heavily and started social programs, which has paid back in the long run. Argentina on the other hand, oscillated between unfettered capitalism and unfettered socialism and is now staring at bankruptcy. China will too, in the near future. Its wrong for India to adopt chinese model of growth.

Its a huge lol man. pls point out the central projects sanctioned to Chennai/TN in the past 15yrs. In fact Hyd got more central institutes in the past decade than any other city in south India. Southern India simply doesn't have the clout in the central govt. Chennai development was due to its people's ingenuity. and not some dole out from centre.
