'10 years jail' to Telangana balladeer Gaddar. This is the new proposal being mooted by the union home minister P. Chidambaram against anyone who speaks in favor of Maoists!!

This idea is very ridiculous say many people. India is a free country and everyone has a right to freedom of speech and have their own ideas.

It is ok to arrest some if they support people like Osama Bin Laden, but this idea by Chidambaram is not viable.

Chidambaram should realize that the more he tries to control the voices, the more determined the people become.

Instead the minister should concentrate on sold ways to eradicate the Maoism by strengthening the intelligence, more forces, increase development in the Mao affected areas, involving locals in anti-Maoist activities etc. But arresting people for airing their views is very ridiculous.
