Later she appeared in media and alleged that they have a life threat from their own family members. Later on so much of hungama took place after an angry Pawan Kalyan submitting his gun to police etc. The couple was fine until few years and they even had a little daughter too. We do not know what happened all of sudden, Srija came out alleging that she is being harassed by her in-laws for dowry. She was helped by her parents and finally got divorce from Sirish Bhardwaj. The court ordered that the daughter stays with the mother. This divorce issue happened two years ago and now Chiranjeevi family is trying to remarry Srija. We are said that they are searching for an alliance within their community and the actor cum politician is ready to shell out huge dowry for a suitable alliance preferably the groom settled in abroad. The family also decided to marry her off in a simple ceremony without making much buzz in public. They have also decided that Srija’s daughter with Sirish Bhardwaj will stay in a hostel and her well being will be taken care of by Chiranjeevi himself while Srija shifts to abroad with her new husband. The groom hunt is on for more than an year now as Chiranjeevi do not want to falter this time with wrong selection.
