mbabu2579 Posted March 3, 2015 Report Posted March 3, 2015 One of my friend is a green card holder (permanent resident) , he is working as a contractor for prime vendor and then there is Client. I heard if my friend has a consulting company he can run his payroll through his company to avoid some taxes. What is the procedure , how can we do this for my friends benefits..how else can we deal with this?

Bhalegunde Posted March 3, 2015 Report Posted March 3, 2015 first check if the client allows- third party contracting konni companies insist that the contractor is an employee of vendor and not somebody else if this not the case,its straight forward register a company get general 0&C insurance for @ million(works to about $30 /month i guess) and then get money to company from vendor and pay a part of it to urself as salaray and use remaining for business expenses etc

Most vendor companies / direct clients prefer 2 Million but you can still negotiate with 1Million...

Tek systems , transtek k force do not work with third party vendors not because of insurance.. they want the employer to be preferred vendors. To do so you have to pay a nominal fee to them.. $10 dorikey aa insurance urgently pm please...
