check ur BMI and calculate your daily calorie needs and ur daily protein need.

 

to burn 1lb fat you need to burn 3500 calories.

 

workout 5 days a week and dont eat anything after 8pm.

 

Sleep at least 8 hours everyday and drink at least 3 gallons of water daily.

 

make a habit of drinking green tea(2 cups a day).

 

avoid sugar completely

our body can survive on 800 calories a day .... dont eat more than that ( do this only if u are that desperate to lose weight quickly )
