check ur BMI and calculate your daily calorie needs and ur daily protein need.

to burn 1lb fat you need to burn 3500 calories.

workout 5 days a week and dont eat anything after 8pm.

Sleep at least 8 hours everyday and drink at least 3 gallons of water

while checking weight next time take out iphone and shoes check weight 

feel happy for a moment and then use proper diet by google
