Please suggest whether to re appeal this or file a new with same employer or find a new employer

talk with an attorney to recapture the unused H1 period in the 6 years....(out of country vaction ki oka 2-3 months vellina) you can file for h1 extension for that period.

 

along with that ask employer to file labor at the same time.
