Becoz it's just 5 mins to station and 30 mins to London, 5 mins for GP,council and most of our community will leave here... U vll have all cultural entertainments in the community for u and mostly it's SAFE ..., I m leaving here for 6 years no issues so far... Just check in Google and move to safe place it depends on ur choice mate
