I am planning on buying a plot in and around hyderabad for 250 to 350 Sqyards just for us ( A family of 4 ) or gound manaki and paina 2 floors rents laga.... looking for a plot in a nice colony like, Narayanaguda, Himayathnagar, Begumpet , hyderguda , basheerbagh . Asalu naku idea ledu like nenu news papers lo adds vestharu kada plots for sale ani, andhulo nundi select chesi konali ante what all documents I need to check first? Legal plot or illigel eala telusukovali? Litications unnaya leka clear aa......Then permissions ki steps enti? entha time paduthadi? LRS ante enti? adhi easy ga ela apply chesi clear cheyinchukovachu???
