ZuniorVentiyar Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 LOL ... you are not getting the actual point .... who is going to offer $70-$80 per hour with 3-6 years of exp ???? even prime vendors don't offer .... and why prime vedores work with layers??? becaz they don't want to work with candidates directly for so many reasons , if they start working with candidates directly market will collapse soon , they are so many things ... so finally even u have GC most of the time u end up working with desi company ... but may not be stick to single employer like now ....thats it If PeoPle have EAD , they can directly negotiate directly with the client what they are worth for? Instead of wasting money in layering system? Then all they need is prime vendor I don't think our desi mesthris mentality won't work as a prime vendor

I show you 100s of examples where companies lay off people and recruite from know companies ...... don't expect only candidates hard work matters ani ...... job kosam fake kadhu money kosam fake pettevallu 80% unnaru ... as an example if you ahve attend an interview and clear it ... later u can tell to client I have 3 years of experience and do you think client going to pay u same as 8 years exp ???? (FT are more burden to companies) as long as companies hire consultents , we are safe bro .... At the end of the day client prefers genuinity and less out flow of money for the services he needs?
