Come on, man. Accepting the criticism (be it outside or inside) instead of completely curtailing is itself is self-correction. Accepting the criticism is the beginning of the retrospection. You are just accepting the criticism in order to retrospect. That's how i consider.

If people really accepted the criticism why isn't changing? Same applies with Islamic terrorism. As long as these things happen the criticism will also flow. And the India image abroad will be dented more.

 

Emotional false pride will not help, man. The same false pride has cost us dearly in the past (especially during Nehru and Indira times - thats another topic)
