Farmers Land Ivakapothe, Capital Will Be Shifted To Vizag- Ap Minister

The Telugu Desam Party leaders appear to be virtually blackmailing the farmers of Guntur district who are refusing to part with their lands for the construction of new capital.

 

This was evident from the comments of AP Minister Ch Ayyanna Patrudu on Friday. He said the farmers of Guntur would be losing a golden opportunity of transforming their region into a world-class capital in the coming years, if they refused to give their lands.

 

“If you are interested in parting with their lands, farmers of Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas ready to give their lands for the new capital. In that case, the capital will be shifted to Visakhapatnam,” Ayyanna Patrudu said.
