( technically he was freely roaming out in the open ) ... also , there have been multipe orders from the court to release him and he was released , but he was arrested again under PSA act ..... the media is just making a big fuss out of it for obvious reasons ...

Seriously? What happened to zero tolerance towards terrorism? Vajpayee Govt is 100% better, POTA theccharu and he always used stick and carrot policy towards the valley. But with Modi, thats not the case. He plays only the carroy, not stick, be it with the funds, power. He boasted so much about zero tolerance towards terrorism. And about 370, its very much possible with the present Govt. Its only that they have no political will to do it. Even the PV with his minority Govt tried his best. And Vajpayee tried his bit too. 370 theesetaaniki this is the best time. Now or never ..not just for the BJP but for India. Ee majority future lo antha easy ga raadhu BJP ki. And people in Jammu who voted for BJP wanted this to be removed and some of them are regretting for voting for BJP, they are coming to conclusion slowly that BJP is no better than Congress. Congress at least has people like Ghulam Nabi Azad who are more pro-India and had alliance with NC which is more pro-India than this fricking PDP . And the BJP which has got almost all the seats in Jammu and none in the valley is playing the second fiddle to the PDP, god knows why. Initially they wanted 50-50 ruling and now came to be a sub-ordinate. Without a Govt in the J&K, it would be under the president rule which is much better and directly under the BJP rule at the centre.

Thats very contradictory. People who know well about these guys in the valley will never agree that they will be ready for removal of 370. It has to be done by force. Calm down separatists? Today Pak high commissioner met with Hurriyat again.

Ee Modi ki mind 10ginattu undhi le. We can see the consequence in coming months. People in valley are of different nature by heart. They will never align with rest of the India. The only way is to change the demographics in similar to how China did with Xinjiang and Tibet.

Also , I think there are a lot of other worthwhile issues to deal with right now than article 370 .. touching article 370 at this point would be just like stirring up a hornets nest
