it doesnt mean we bring down ourself to the bottom .....we all knew we are helping each other to get into Jobs ....but these ppl by making it public are spoiling our image ...infact these so called consultancy ppl told us (or train us) in putting these kinda of experiences in resume...these ppl want us to be their slaves and exploting us ...we work hard and they take away the maximum,...doesnt make any sense...

 

valle kaadu man.. there are many american consultacies too.. which do the same.. thats how consultancies work.. and no one asked you to join the consultancy.. you can actually study hard and get a full time job with real time experience.. people take the easy chance out by joining the consultancy and then complain that they are not fair.. where in the first place the whole contract job system is itself a completely unfair prospect when compared to the real time experience guys who have put in hours and energy to reach where he is today.. imagine their position

sorry bro i do not agree with you completely..Its not at all that ppl take easy choice. Basically its just because of the US immigration system rules most of them want are bound to these employers where ppl dont want to go through the GC process again ...but who the hell in this world has given the right to them to stop asking for the freedom of others....in the first place if they were good be it indian or american consultancy ppl would have talked bad about them ..
