According to 2013-14 estimates, Percapital Income of India : Rs.74,380 Percapita Income of Andhra Pradesh : Rs. 81,397 Percapita Income of Telangana : Rs.93,151 Though overall Telangana percapita income is a lot higher than national average of Rs.74,380 but ONLY THREE DISTRICTS of the state are having the Percapita Income which are above the national average.

Thats why AP is in deflict. 4 years ee growth rate continue ayithe AP will come out of deflict.

Central grants make up more than 25% of its revenue. High gdp or not, TG is not a rich state, obviously. lets see what AP budget puts up.
