One of my friends opted for one such consultancy, and told me later on that 100% of all the people in his training courses (that the Consultancy firm was providing free of charge before building fake resumes and placing these candidates in jobs, pretty much wrongfully) were Hyderabadis – South Indians from Hyderabad.

As there are many jobs in market they need engineers for sure, experience people will apply for architect positions etc and freshers for entry level  and that is best to everyone.
