Temperbabu Posted March 13, 2015 Report Posted March 13, 2015 Hello frds, naku oka doubt undi GC EB2 gurunchi... please help me.. I have graduated in Dec-2008 and got my opt and job until Jan 2010. From jan 2010--Apr 2012 ( 2yrs 3 months) I worked for same employer and I have experience letter from him...Then I got full time job and still working for same company since 3years.. My manager just said okay to apply for GC . When I job in current job, they didn't ask like we need these many years of expeirence. They just asked like candidate should have experience on these tools... Now my question is... TO file my GC under EB2, am I eligible under eb2 since I have 5 years of total experince which includes 3 years with current employer. Do they consider only my previous experince with out my experience with current employer??/ How many years of experience required for EB2? I heard it is 10years... which means Bachelors degree consider as 6 years of experience and Master as 2years and my previous employer experience as 2.5 years which is ... 10.5 years.. ???? Do they consider my Masters while calculate total experience? since my current job requires only Bachelors degree candidate? Also I don't job from Jan 2009 -- Dec 2009 but under training under one employer... but he is closed his company now which I dont have exp letter from him...? please help mmeeeee
RVG Posted March 13, 2015 Report Posted March 13, 2015 EB category depends on the job requirement, if your role that you are working on currently requires only Bachelors degree, then employer will encourage you to file you GC in eB3. moreover, EB 2/3 anedhi employer chetilo untadhi. Experience, count vishayaniki vasthey, the current experience would not be counted against your total experience. Basically, you have 1 yr (trainee exp) and 2.5 yrs from employer B which amounts to 3.5 yrs. If you donot have experience letter from your non-existenting company, you can get a notarized letter (email) from anyone of the employee/colleague who has worked for the same employers (non existing) would be considered as experience or even pay stubs should be good enough to prove that you were working with them. HR tho matladu, next try to findout under which category they are planning to file your GC.

They just put like we need exp and knowledge on these skill set... if I try to convince manager to put ad similar to job they posted for my position? am I eligible for EB2 .. since I have Btech + 2.5yrs.. and Masters as addition... What my under standing if I have Master's I am automatically fall under Adv skill which EB2... irrecspective of job requirement like they need Btech with so and so no.of years exp for this position????
