Thank you.  my license and H1 are expiring on april 18..  

my company doesn't do premium processing. and they are in process to file for extension (regular).

 

Assuming they file for extension next week, would it be possible to get the temp drivers license by the expiry?

 

I checked with couple of friends in georgia, but they are saying that Georgia state doesn't give temp license. not sure if it is true.

But the below link says they have started giving for 120 days.. 

 

or would it be better to pay for premium processing for H1 extension? 

 

please suggest.

Better to go in person to DMV asap and confirm.

 

If they give Temp Dl no issues.... if not you can plan accordingly.

don't want to pay premium fee for DL. but if there is no way, then I need to ...

 

H1 extension time pattachemo ani.. ( 3-4 months?) RFE padithe, inka late avuthundhi..

also DL anni rojulu extend cheyyaremo...
