Lok Satta's Jayaprakash Narayan demanded to officially declare the total deficit of Andhra Pradesh state and stated that the tax exemption can be achieved if everyone rallies around for the benefit of the state . Jayaprakash Narayan further demanded the center to complete the Polavaram project with in five years and asked the center to fulfill the assurances given in the AP Reorganisation act .
