It is kinda almost given that he is trying to get Mariota and so makes it easy for any of the top 5 teams in the draft to ask for an insane bargain to trade up. Either he needs to trade Bradford to Titans and a pick next year to move up the draft order or something utterly insane keeping Bradford and trading multiple first round picks for Mariota with some other top 5 drafting team

Essentially Kelly is giving all the leverage to the rest of the top 5 teams and ending up with a boom or bust pick provided he loses Bradford or something Overall, Bills and Jets made a killing this time with free agency. AFC is not Brady's homeground now Settle got a little better on the offense and weaker on the defense Niners were the worst hit of all (except Torrey and Bush) Colts might make it to the AFC divisional again
