timmy Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 Replying to YS Jagan on the 344 river linkage issue, Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao said all important subjects are placed on the agenda as per the scope of 344 rule and only half or one hour can be allotted. He then asked YCP Chief to refer to the rules. The Minister of Legislative Affairs Yanamala Ramakrishnudu also voiced the same opinion on rule 344 and said that its a notice issued on emergency and cannot be elaborately discussed and remarked that YS Jagan is only killing the time of the house.
