H1B regular vs prem lo ... application pick ayinda leda ani ...PREMIUM lo fast ga telusthunda??? regular lo ayithe enni rojula ki telusthundi... maa wife ki H1b apply chesthunnam... I want to do premium process since she is on consulting and cannot guarantee when her contract will end. When she talk to her employer.. we will do the premium process once your application is selected in lotter system.. They said there is only max of 7-10days difference in notice between premium and regular from USCIS about your application is picked in lottery...They suggested don't waste money for 10days difference... if selected you can apply for premium process. What I heard from my frds, in regular process if application is selected they will take lot of time i.e 2months to notify you... Thanks in Advance
