So na I-129 tho EAD ki apply chestanu.

 

Naa question enti antey H1 to H4 change of status enni months mundu file chesukovachu?

Oka vela 6 months before cheyochu antey DHS vadu H1 expiration nunchi H4 istada endukantey H1 Sep 2nding varaku vundhi?

 

Alagani wait chesi late ga file chesdamu antey mari EAD ki late ayipothey Job continuation lo prob..

 

H1-H4 eppudu file chestey better?

if i am correct, mee wife ee 6 years lo india velli vundochu...

so bettr apply for recapture period, then apply for H4EAD.
